SUMMARY
NeoraFit is an expensive product that’s unlikely to offer good value for money. NeoraFit Review
NeoraFit is part of a range of supplements produced by Neora LLC. It’s a multi-level marketing (MLM) company based in Dallas, Texas.
If you are familiar with MLM companies, you may not be surprised to discover NeoraFit is a super-expensive option. Using this particular trio of supplements will cost you $200 per month.
That’s a lot of money and the Neora website doesn’t provide a full ingredient profile for any of the products or detailed information about how they work.
Before going any further with this NeoraFit review, we feel it is important to point out the Neora marketing and business practices have been brought into question by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
In November 2019, the FTC sued Neora for allegedly operating an illegal pyramid scheme. The FTC also alleges Neora made some unsubstantiated health claims relating to some of its products. https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2019/11/ftc-sues-multi-level-marketer-neora-formerly-known-nerium?utm_source=govdelivery
However, regardless of the issues this manufacturer is having with the FTC, in this review, we are going to concentrate on the three NeoraFit products (for healthy skin, reduction of dietary fat and healthy digestion), evaluate them, and see if they are likely to deliver good value for money.

What is NeoraFit?
NeoraFit consists of three supplement powders. Each one is provided in a tear-open, one-shot sachet you consume as a drink. NeoraFit is a very simple supplement to use and it’s bound to offer extra appeal to people who have difficulties swallowing pills.
The three supplements are:
- Slim + Skin Collagen Powdered collagen supplement
- Block + Balance Probiotic
- Cleanse + Calm Nightly Cleanse
You take the first supplement with breakfast, the second with lunch, and the third before going to bed.
According to NeoraFit, people who use the supplements can boost the results they are getting by eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly. The company sees its product as an “on-the-go solution” that fits easily into your day and will help you to “maintain, your ideal weight for the long term while looking and feeling your best from the inside out.”
NeoraFit Benefits
Neora states its 3-step system may support weight loss by providing:
- Metabolism-Boosting Ingredients
- Proven Fat Browning Technology
It also says the supplement offers overall nutritional support to provide:
- A calmer mind
- Strong immunity
- A calmer mind
- Healthier nails and skin
Additionally, the supplements may help the body flush out toxins and more.
Customers are left to puzzle out the meaning of “more” for themselves.
NeoraFit Product Evaluations
Neora doesn’t provide much information about its three supplements. It just credits them with certain abilities without offering any explanations.
The company also uses statements like “studies prove,” but fails to reference any studies to prove its statements are true. The overall lack of information makes NeoraFit a very difficult product to review.
Slim + Skin Collagen Powder
Customers are encouraged to add this powder to their morning coffee, fruit juice, or any other drink. It’s meant to kickstart your metabolism and keep your hair, skin, and nails in top form.
The powder appears to provide hyaluronic acid and a proprietary blend of coffee bean extract and Pu’er tea.
Neora does not reveal how much of each one the powder provides and there is no way to know what other ingredients may be present as well.
Hyaluronic acid is a molecule that’s present in human skin. It pulls in moisture to aid hydration.
Hyaluronic supplements and skin-care products can improve skin firmness and reduce wrinkles. The compound’s ability to do this can be supported by several studies. However, although this is a potentially good inclusion, we still don’t know if Slim + Skin provides enough hyaluronic acid to offer any benefit.
Coffee bean extracts provide caffeine. If Slim + Skin provides enough, it will increase mental focus and deliver an energy boost. Research shows caffeine also boosts metabolism. This gives it value as a fat burner. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2912010/
As for Pu’er tea, a study conducted in 2016 shows an ability to support weight loss. Unfortunately, the weight loss was only 1 kg after 20 weeks.
None of the ingredients in Slim + Skin are likely to be beneficial to hair or nails. Nor do any of them have any links to fat browning. If they did, Slim + Skin would have extra credibility as a weight loss aid.
There are two kinds of fat in your body brown adipose tissue (BAT) and white adipose tissue (WAT). WAT is predominant.
BAT increases thermogenesis and energy expenditure, helping you to burn more calories and WAT. It’s a fat-burning fat.
Block + Balance
Block + Balance is designed to support improvements in gut health and healthy digestion by providing a combination of probiotics and prebiotic fiber. Probiotics are essential for human health particularly for women in their 40’s and 50’s experiencing menopause symptoms.
The formulation also provides some vitamins.
Probiotic bacteria are the good bacteria that live in the gut. They are associated with many health benefits and one of the things they do is control the build-up of less friendly bacteria that can cause disease.
Prebiotic fibers such as inulin and fructooligosaccharides are non-digestible. That means they arrive in the gut untouched, which is great because this type of fiber feeds probiotic bacteria, helping them to multiply.
In theory, Block and Balance may be a useful addition to a healthy day. Unfortunately, the probiotic bacteria in supplements can die if they are not refrigerated. When that happens, the benefits are gone.
It’s also worth noting, there are many probiotic strains. Each one has different abilities. Some boost immune function, others produce vitamins in the gut, and some may also activate bile receptors that have the potential to increase BAT.
The problem is, Neora does not reveal which strains of bacteria it’s using. Even yogurts provide this basic information, the omission here is inexcusable. Block and Balance is part of a system that costs $200 a month!
Cleanse + Calm nightly gentle cleanse
This supplement provides a combination of plant extracts including broccoli, moringa leaf, spinach, barley grass, and sprout extract. It has a lot in common with supergreens powders but the dose will be considerably smaller.
However, the aforementioned ingredients are rich in nutrients. They also provide antioxidants that can help rid the body of toxins and encourage better health.
Neora says it Calm + Cleanse powder can help flush toxins from your body and help balance your digestive system while you sleep. Although the dose may be a little small, it should be able to do this. In many ways, Calm + Cleanse is the most credible supplement in the NeoraFit 3-step system.
Cleanse + Calm also provides “Happy Banana” to support melatonin production, calm the mind, and aid restful sleep.
We are unfamiliar with this ingredient and have to presume Happy Banana is a banana extra of Neora’s own creation.
You may be interested to learn bananas provide nutrients that can fight anxiety and improve sleep. For instance, bananas contain magnesium, which actually does increase melatonin while also reducing cortisol (stress hormone).
Again, we have to say, Cleanse + Calm has more credibility than its two companions. However, you don’t need to pay $200 a month to get the benefits it’s likely to provide. It would be a lot cheaper to make a few appropriate dietary tweaks. Doing so would also enable you to get extra dietary fiber to exercise your intestines and provide a healthier gut.
NeoraFit Customer Reviews
Although the manufacturer’s website showcases a few reviews, it’s generally best not to be swayed by testimonials provided via such a biased source.
We were unable to find any reliable sources of NeoraFit feedback. However, our search took us to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website, which contains quite a lot of customer complaints. Most of them are from customers complaining about unexpected deliveries and/or charges to their cards.
Here are a few examples:
“I purchased Neorafit mainly for weight loss. I need to reduce by body weight and though the weight loss supplement could help me lose body fat. I am quite disappointed I haven’t lost weight at all.”
NeoraFit are advertised as weight loss supplements that can promote healthy skin, reduce brown fat production, and help a healthy digestion. So far it doesn’t seem to be doing any of these.”
The Calm nightly gentle cleanse is the product I like most in the range. I feel I have now have a healthy skin. I really would like to lose weight and heave a healthy metabolism but my weight loss to date is non existent.”
NeoraFit Side Effects
Due to the lack of complete ingredient profiles and reliable customer reviews, there is no way to predict what kind of side effects these supplements may cause.
The lack of complete ingredient profiles also prevents potential customers from checking to see if the product contains anything they are allergic to.
In the case of Slim + Skin, we know caffeine is present, but not how much. Although most people can handle doses of 100-200mg (the equivalent of 1-2 cups of coffee), some people may find even 100 mg is too much.
If Slim + Skin provides more than 200mg the potential for side effects such as jitters, nausea, and heart palpitations will be much higher.
It’s a great pity we were unable to find any customer reviews. If a sufficient quantity were available it may have revealed if anyone has experienced such reactions.
Block + Balance should be pretty benign, but people who already have compromised immune systems, due to surgery, medication, or disease need to be careful about using products that contain probiotic bacteria. There is a potential such supplements may cause more harm than good.
Presuming there are no undisclosed ingredients, such as synthetic melatonin, Cleanse and Calm is unlikely to present any negative issues. All the ingredients Neora discloses will only work for the greater good.
NeoraFit Review Conclusion
NeoraFit is an expensive product that’s unlikely to offer good value for money. Although it’s marketed towards people seeking a supplement to help them to lose weight and reduce body fat, other than caffeine, it does not provide any respected natural fat burners, such as cayenne, or any appetite suppressants such as glucomannan or nopal.
The lack of appetite suppressants is a particular problem because resisting hunger urges is the area where most dieters need the most help.
All the best diet pills have better formulations than NeoraFit and are a lot cheaper to use.
People who are considering using NeoraFit as a health and wellness supplement could also do a lot better. Any good supergreens powder or probiotic product would offer better value for money.
Frequently Asked Questions
The NeoraFit system (includes products for healthy collagen production, weight management and health intestinal tract) costs around $200 per month.
The difference between brown fat and white fat is vast. Brown fat is a powerhouse; it burns energy and helps keep us warm. White fat, on the other hand, stores energy and makes us gain weight. It was once thought that brown fat disappeared with age, but researchers have now discovered that we all have some brown fat, no matter how old we are. In fact, increasing the amount of brown fat in our bodies may be one way to fight obesity and metabolic disease.
