Nugenix Thermo is a thermogenic fat-burner distributed by Adaptive Health. The company is based in the USA and also distributes a number of other Nugenix supplements, including a multivitamin and several testosterone boosters.
Adaptive Health describes Thermo as an “extreme metabolic accelerator.” It also states its formulation provides a unique blend of science-backed ingredients that have been shown to support a healthy metabolism, fat loss, and improvements in body composition.
That’s great to hear but good ingredients alone are not enough to deliver good results. They need to be delivered in sufficient quantities. Ideally in the same doses that have worked in clinical trials.
In this case, the formulation looks reasonably good, but it’s a little high in caffeine. This isn’t immediately obvious when you look at the supplement facts because it’s taken from several sources.
Collectively, they provide close to 200 mg of caffeine. That’s quite a lot to consume in a single dose. However, it’s no more caffeine than you would get if you drank a couple of cups of coffee back to back.
If you can do that without experiencing any jitters, heart palpitations, or other side effects, you should be okay with this supplement too but you may want to avoid coffee or other sources of caffeine for a few hours before and after doses.

Ginger is a popular spice with many therapeutic virtues. It’s particularly good at easing stomach upsets. It also appears to assist fat loss but is far from being a power ingredient.
Guarana Extract
More caffeine! This time from a tropical berry. Nugenix Thermo provides 50 mg, at 20% caffeine. So that’s an extra 10 mg of caffeine dose.
Green Tea Extract
Green tea is one of the top diet pill ingredients. There’s a mountain of research showing it’s a metabolism booster that works.

However, some reviewers are stating the capsule count has been reduced without warning. This certainly appears to be the case if you buy Nugenix Thermo from Walmart. The Nugenix Thermo sales page on the Walmart site makes it clear there are only 42 capsules in a bottle. That’s 21 servings.
The idea of paying around $60 plus shipping for a 3-week supply of pills does not sit well with us. There are plenty of alternatives that offer better value for money.

Nugenix Thermo provides several good thermogenic fat-burning ingredients. It can’t fail to be beneficial if you use it alongside a strict diet.
The formulation has quite a lot of caffeine in it so Nugenix Thermo should provide most people with extra energy too, along with improvements in mental focus.
However, the body adapts to caffeine over time. This causes it to be less effective. Depending on your caffeine tolerance, Nugenix Thermo could make you feel jittery and unwell, provide a nice energy buzz, or fail to influence your energy levels at all.
Customer reviews suggest feeling unwell is quite a common reaction and the offer of a money-back guarantee has questionable merit. Bearing in mind the cost of the product and what the same money could buy instead (most of the top-performing weight loss pills), there are strong arguments for going with an alternative instead.
