The ‘feel fuller supplement’ or appetite suppressant as it is more commonly know

If you are reading this article, the chances are you are looking for an appetite suppressant to control your hunger urges and help you stick with your calorie-controlled diet.

You have probably been alerted by the media (the UK online newspapers Daily Mail and The Sun have picked the story up) that a ‘feel fuller supplement‘ has been tested and is showing promise.

What is a Feel Fuller Supplement?
An appetite suppressing diet pill that can control eating urges. The phrase has recently been connected to The inulin-propionate ester (IPE) supplement

A study conducted by teams based in Glasgow and London UK have published their findings that taking the inulin-propionate ester (IPE) supplement significantly improved fat burning.

When combined with moderate exercise such as walking or dancing participants (a small group of women aged 25-45) were found to have a higher rate of fat burning than a similar group that were not taking the feel fuller pill.

This was without modifying their diet. In fact they were asked to keep to their usual eating habits.

So basically – the supplement combined with moderate exercise can suppress your appetite and help reduce calorie intake.

IPE Supplement – Feel Fuller

The IPE supplement (inulin-propionate ester) contains Propionate [1] a short chain fatty acid (SCFA) found naturally in our gut.

Propionate is responsible for helping our metabolism covert food into glucose

When we eat diary fibre propionate is released – it is this release that triggers a response from the brain that the stomach is full and no more food is required.

Inulin-propionate ester was primarily and initially created as a food supplement to increase satiety (the feeling of fulness).

It was created to provided a larger dose of propionate that could be manufactured by our normal diet and food intake. It is this larger dose that increases the feeling of fullness – or suppressed appetite.

The Glasgow and London study produced results that signified that participants on the propionate supplement had a reduced craving for high calorie food.

Dr Dalia Malkova, senior lecturer in medicine at the University of Glasgow’s School of Medicine, Dentistry & Nursing has played down the effect.

He suggests that while the initial results are encouraging the size of the group that took part was perhaps too small to make any serious conclusions.

Where Can I Buy The Feel Fuller Supplement?

The IPE supplement is not available to buy yet.

Nor is there any indication if it will be available to purchase in store or online freely – or wether a prescription is needed.

There are however, other supplements that are available that can provide a similar effect – suppress appetite. Some can also multi task by burning existing excess body fat and blocking fat and carbs from your meal.

We have listed several of the most popular products currently available that will help you feel fuller and reduce calorie intake.

One point we have to add though …

Although the point of the study is to highlight that the IPE supplement works without dieting it is highly recommended and advised to change your eating habits as well.

This way you will have a sort of three pronged weight loss tactic.

  1. Moderate exercise – even just trying to walk 10,000 steps a day. You can use your smart phone app to help with this.
  2. Change your diet – a good easy tip is to drink a full glass of water before each meal. This will help fill you up and stop you from overeating.
  3. Use a good supplement – take a good weight loss supplement that has clinical proof and natural ingredients.

There are also other ways you can naturally suppress your appetite as well – such as eating certain food.

Choosing a Good Feel Fuller Supplement

Hunger pangs are the worst. They are also the reason why so many diets fail. It’s so easy to give in and do what it takes to make them go away.

If you find it difficult to resist the urge to snack or overeat – an appetite suppressant will help you feel fuller for longer

A good feel fuller supplement (appetite suppressant) can remove the craving for food and make it easier to see your diet through, but there’s a problem.

Finding a good appetite suppressant is not as easy as it sounds.

There are lot of inferior products out there and even some prescription medication is doesn’t work as well as you would think.

Even those who are eligible to obtain it often find the side effects experienced are too hard to bear, and the speed at which weight is lost is rather slow.

Phentermine is one of the most prescribed appetite suppressing pills in the United States. It has been around for several decades. In recent times there have been natural anti obesity supplements that work in a similar way to Phentermine but without the possibility of side effects – or the need of a prescription.

We have written an article that contains appetite suppressing supplements that won’t let you down.

They have to be good because they are all sold with a money back guarantee, and manufacturers that have to keep issuing refunds go out of business and are not around for long.

We believe these products are truly the best of the best and all of them have got such a lot of good reviews it’s pretty safe to say customers appear to believe it too.

I hope you enjoyed this article about feel fuller supplement and have learned something useful.
