The diet supplement that we consider to be most effective is PhenQ – a natural combination diet pill that has received critical acclaim for the past few years and generally considered to be one to beat.

BioHarmony Complex Plus

BioHarmony Complex Plus is a drop-type supplement sold online via an unusually long sales page.  The page is so long because it has a story to tell.

The story is about a lady named Scarlett Perlata who went to her 15th high school reunion and suddenly had to face the fact she’d got fat.

Apparently, she’d managed to put her overweight condition out of her mind. All that changed when she went to say hi to her former best friend, Sophie.

When Sophie didn’t recognize her, Scarlett ran away in tears. During high school, the two of them were equally sexy and could even pass for sisters.

Fifteen years later, Sophie is still slim and sexy and Scarlett is weighed down by rolls of fat.

So the story begins.

Scarlett tries to lose weight but she can’t. She finds diet and exercise do not work.

Getting nowhere fast, she phones her former best friend and asks her to share her secret. Sophie tells her she’s been using a revolutionary weight loss product produced by Dr. Zane Sterling…. BioHarmony Complex Plus

To cut a (very) long story short, Scarlett lost 47 pounds and regained her curves. Everyone agreed she looked great, and they all lived happily ever after.

In fact, Scarlett was so pleased with how well the formulation worked she contacted Dr Sterling and told him she wanted to help him get the formulation into the hands of as many women as possible.

Now it’s available from Science Natural Supplements.

What are the Weight Loss Benefits of BioHarmony Complex Plus

What are the Weight Loss Benefits of BioHarmony Complex Plus

Instead of making direct claims, the BioHarmony Complex Plus sales page states:

“Thousands of ladies just like you have dropped their nagging fat…”

  • Without diet and exercise
  • Without the need for surgery

How Does BioHarmony Complex Plus Work?

The formulation is for women who are struggling to lose weight.

It’s meant to accelerate weight loss by boosting metabolism and offering protection against stress.

Most weight loss products aim to increase metabolism because doing so makes the body burn more calories per day.

BioHarmony Complex Plus is meant to boost metabolism by improving thyroid function.

The thyroid produces hormones that regulate metabolism, so it’s a technique that can work.

However, if your thyroid gland is already working efficiently, a formulation like this won’t make a lot of difference.

Stress can prevent weight loss because it releases the stress hormone cortisol.

Cortisol belongs to a group of hormones known as glucocorticoids. Research conducted at Stanford University suggests glucocorticoids control the biological switch that produces fat cells.

Too many of these hormones make you more prone to becoming overweight. The fewer you have the better it is for your waistline.

There is no evidence to show manipulating hormones will mean you don’t have to watch what you eat. As for exercise, like it or loathe it, it’s one of the best and most natural ways to burn extra calories and fat.

What’s the Best Way to Use BioHarmony Complex Plus?

The usage guidelines are pretty vague. You have to place the drops under your tongue, once per day, on the morning. However, it’s unclear how many drops you will need to use.

Ingredient Profile

We are told what the formulation contains but not how much:

  • L-Ornithine
  • L-Carnitine
  • Rhodiola
  • Astragalus
  • African Mango Extract
  • L-Arginine
  • L-Glutamine
  • Beta-Alanine
  • Niacin
  • Pygeum

What Do the Ingredients Do?

A non-proteinogenic amino acid your body manufactures. The type you find in supplements comes from a lab. Some people take L-Ornithine to boost their athletic performance.

L-Carnitine is an amino acid that’s often put in diet pills and sports supplements. It may assist weight loss but probably has more value as an energy booster because it carries fatty acids to the cells so the cells can use them for fuel.

If you are trying to use L-Carnitine for weight loss, it’s important to have a good diet and exercise regimen in place.

Rhodiola rosea gets a lot of respect for its ability to reduce stress. It’s an adaptogen herb that also energizes the body and helps prevent fatigue.

Research shows a dose of 576 mg per day can offer value in all the aforementioned areas.

The big question here is, does BioHarmony Complex Plus contain enough?

A herb that’s often used in traditional Chinese medicine. The root is generally seen as being the most potent part of the plant. It provides compounds that may reduce inflammation and enhance immune function.

It’s being used here to help women recover from neurochemical impairments due to stress. The BioHarmony Complex Plus sales page mentions a study but does not provide a link. I was unable to find the study anywhere online.

African Mango Extract

A popular power-fruit ingredient. Some studies suggest supplementing with African mango may help you to lose weight by improving leptin sensitivity. The research so far is promising, but there is a need for further investigation.

An amino acid that boosts nitric oxide and causes vasodilation. This improves the circulation, allowing the muscles and major organs to receive extra nutrients and energy.

An amino acid that’s necessary for muscle-building and cellular repair. It’s also good for the immune system and supports intestinal health.

An amino acid that’s common to bodybuilding and sports supplements. It supports muscle growth and can help you to train harder by delaying the build-up of lactic acid.

Niacin is another name for Vitamin B3. Like other B vitamins, it’s good for boosting energy. It also a vasodilator that helps improve circulation.

A tree bark extract that’s sometimes used as a medicine. The BioHarmony Complex Plus sales page states its included to fight oxidative stress. It supports its inclusion by referring to an 8-week study conducted on men.

I checked the study data. The study investigated Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

That’s an enlarged prostate. It’s a problem many older men share. The data does not mention oxidative stress.

The BioHarmony Complex Plus states the study shows pygeum improves sleep by 19%.

That’s not strictly true. The data shows it reduces nocturia by 19%. In other words, 19% of the men involved had a reduced need to wake up and pee.

Are There Any Customer Reviews for BioHarmony Complex Plus?

Although there are plenty of affiliate websites and pages that speak highly off the product, there are no genuine customer reviews.

Is There a Risk of Side Effects?

Side effects are unlikely, but they cannot be ruled out. Even natural ingredients may cause issues if the inclusion rates are too high.

Let’s use niacin as an example. Overly high doses can cause the skin to turn red. The condition is known as niacin flush and the flushing may be accompanied by itching or burning sensations.

Niacin flush is not dangerous, but many people find it unpleasant.

Some of the other ingredients have the potential to cause issues too. Rhodiola is one of them. Side effects are rare but some people find it causes headaches, dizziness, or drowsiness.

Bearing in mind the lack of ingredient information, it’s probably best to ask a doctor for advice before using this particular supplement.

Hit or Miss? (Can You Lose Weight with BioHarmony Complex Plus?)

Compared to alternative products, this one looks weak. However, if you are already making efforts to lose weight via diet and exercise, BioHarmony Complex Plus may help you to lose a little more weight than you were losing before.

Don’t believe all the hype though. There are no magic diet supplements that can flip a switch and make your excess pounds melt away.

If this really were the miraculous product the marketing material suggests, everybody would be talking about it.

Unfortunately, most of the people making the noise are BioHarmony Complex Plus themselves.

Where to Order BioHarmony Complex Plus?

You can only buy BioHarmony Complex Plus via the manufacturer’s website.

Unfortunately, it can be a hard product to locate on the site. It’s not listed alongside the company’s other products.

Nor is it possible to navigate to the sales page from the main site. This is most unusual.

The interesting thing is the sales page is also difficult to find via the search engines.

Most of the sites appear to be reviewing the product but it’s easy to see they only exist to pull in commissions on sales.  They try far too hard to paint the product in a favorable light.

The cost per bottle depends on how many bottles of BioHarmony Complex Plus you buy.

If you only buy one bottle (30-day supply) it will cost you USD 49. The sales page states this involves such a huge discount you will be saving USD 100.

I doubt very much that the product has ever retailed for USD 149. Manufacturers often make claims of this nature. It makes potential customers believe they are getting a great bargain.

If you buy three bottles of BioHarmony Complex Plus, the price drops to USD 39 per bottle. That means you will be paying USD 117 in total.

If you buy six bottles of BioHarmony Complex Plus, the price per bottle is only USD 29. That will give you a total spend of USD 174 plus shipping charges on top.

The manufacturer backs this product with its standard 180-day money-back guarantee.
