Shipping Fees

Minimum Shipping and Handling Fee is $5. Estimated shipping fee is 10% of order placed. Adjustments may apply for weight, size & distanced traveled. You will receive a confirmation of your order with actual shipping charges. Please contact us (Email: Orders@OrganicAvenue.com, Tele#: 212.334.4593, Fax#: 212.202.7623) within 24 hours if you have any questions, otherwise your order will be shipped in the most expedited fashion available.

Shipping Policies

Shipping for Overseas Imports: Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of non-in stock imported items. These are very unique and exclusive items and may require additional time in manufacture and delivery. We appreciate your understanding and know that you will appreciate the quality and style of these special items. Thank you for you patience and understanding.

Shipping for Items not currently in stock: If an item is not currently in stock and will require a lengthy delivery time an OrganicAvenue sales representative will contact you by email or telephone to discuss expected shipping timeframe.

Shipping for drop shipped items: In order to save on additional freight costs some of the items @ OrganicAvenue are drop shipped. You will be informed if you will be receiving multiple packages.

Shipping for in stock items: Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Please allow for normal delivery time and extended delivery time during the Holidaze. Rush Shipping is also available.

Rush Shipping: Additional shipping fees will be calculated after order is placed.
