Order Status and Tracking:
An email notification will be sent with tracking information after item is shipped. To report delayed or missing packages, please email: love@organicavenue.com

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.25% is added to all orders shipped within New York State. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside New York State.

Payment Options:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, Certified Check, Pay Pal. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.

We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but please feel free to call in your order. Call us 212.334.4593 during our shop hours.

International Orders
At this time, we accept orders from international customers. Additional taxes, and shipping fees may apply.

Email Orders:
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from OrganicAvenue. First, we will confirm receipt of your order. Then, you will be notified when your order ships.

Multiple Ship-To Addresses? Is this part of our system?
Use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address. OrganicAvenue has enhanced this service so that you can take care of all your gift giving in a single checkout. Look for it on the Checkout page.

Gift Cards:
OrganicAvenue gift certificates are available in denominations of $25 and above. To request a larger amount, please call customer service at 1-212-334-4593. Gift certificates are shipped via USPS Priority Class only.

To redeem an OrganicAvenue gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will be asked for your certificate number during checkout. Even if the amount of your certificate is greater than the amount of your purchase, we'll still need your credit card number to process your order. After you enter your credit card number, you will see a box marked Gift Certificate. Simply enter your gift certificate code, and when you're finished, click the Process Order button. The amount of the certificate will then be deducted from your final order total.
