Position Title: Retail Boutique Team Member

AM shift 7am - 2pm
PM shift: 2pm - 9pm

Overall Responsibility:

Handle all dimensions of store operations including daily inventory management, opening and closing procedures, and all customer interactions including greeting, education about our mission and product line including cleanse programs, and processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
  • Engage and assist all customers in the retail environment.
  • Initiate service by asking open-ended questions to learn the customer's preferences and needs.
  • Inform customers about our product values and cleansing programs (cross-selling) and describe a product's features and benefits.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members and manage.
  • Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through capturing their information and entering their emails for our newsletters; contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new products and invite them to upcoming events.
  • Maintain accurate Client Book for all Cleanse and Custom order sales.
  • Recommend and sell appropriate products (juices, food, cleanse programs and juice programs).

Additional Notes:

  • Required to take Touch Type test with a score of 50 words a minute and above.
  • Required to take sample professional business writing test.

Handle all dimensions of store operations including daily inventory management, opening and closing procedures, and all customer interactions via phone, web and email orders about our mission and product line including cleanse programs, and ringing up sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Answer telephone customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
  • Engage and assist all customers in the Customer Service Call Center environment.
  • Initiate service by asking open-ended questions to learn the customer's preferences and needs.
  • Inform customers about our product values and cleansing programs to describe a product's features and benefits.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members and management.
  • Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Customer Service environment including facility work environment cleanliness, etc.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records using QuickBooks POS.
  • Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
  • Process customer cleanses and custom orders through systems and must maintain accuracy.
  • Package shipping orders and maintain accuracy.
  • Professional business writing is required.
  • Perform daily Customer Service maintenance tasks.
  • Multi–task and be present to work.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs (glass bottles, cleanse boxes and merchandise).
  • Adhere to company dress code and wear company brand T-shirt with impeccable image.

Job Qualifications:

  • Friendly and approachable with a passion in raw, vegan and fitness lifestyle.
  • Experience in retail and/or food service environment, preferably raw or vegan.
  • Record of excellence in customer service.
  • Touch type required (all 10 fingers).
  • Computer skills required (Word, Excel and our operating systems).
  • Reliable, self-motivated and have attention to detail.
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills.
  • Strong critical and problem solving skills and organization.
  • Must have patience and stress tolerance.
  • Actively contribute to ongoing process improvements and store team communications.
  • Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in retail store environment.
