Team Leaders- Full Time

Full time: Hourly, up to 40 hrs/week

Pay: Commensurate with Experience

Requirements: Must have open availability including weekend and evenings.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Acting Retail Manager in their absence.

• Directing advisors to ensure speed and quality of service, cleanliness standards and ensure operational needs are met.

• Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to advisors.

• Develops positive relationships with advisors by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.

• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Follows company policies, including those for cash handling and safety and security. 

• Proactively leads advisors to achievement of business goals, inventory management and customer satisfaction. 

• Delivers legendary customer service and teaches advisors ways to improve the customer experience and make meaningful connections.

• Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Communicates information to Retail Manager to ensure proper response time.

• Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments and collaborates with peers to find new, creative and impactful methods of recognition.

• Ensures merchandising guidelines are followed and visual presentation of store is acceptable and consistent. 

• Assists in the recruiting and hiring process.

• Possess knowledge of all products with commitment to ongoing improvement in personal product knowledge.

• Communicates regularly with Retail Manager on progress of store and team performance.

• Provide every customer immediate and undivided attention. Inform and educate customer about products and their health benefits as and when appropriate.

• Create and ensure quality and freshness, consistency in quantity and quality, rotation of product, and ensure clean and appealing displays.

• Operate and sanitize various types of blending, heating, and other related equipment.

• Operate devices such as POS/cash register system, etc.

• Maintain a clean and appealing working and customer environment.

• Assist with customer sampling programs, and with outside sales/marketing events including booth set-up, food preparation, customer service and other related tasks.

• Follow established procedures e.g., stock/supply maintenance, accurate weights and measures, tracking transfers/spoilage, health/sanitation rules, and safe work practices.

• Comply and enforce all applicable state health and safety codes.

• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Must hold all appropriate city and state food handling certifications and licenses. 

 

Store Advisors- Part Time

  • Greet and welcome customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner.

  • Operate various blending and heating equipment.

  • Engage and assist all customers in the retail environment.

  • Initiate service by asking open-ended questions to learn the customer's preferences and needs.

  • Inform customers about our company values and describe a each product's features and benefits.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members and manage.

  • Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products.

  • Build lasting relationships with customers

  • Recommend and sell appropriate products (juices, food, cleanse programs, and more).

  • Maintain a clean store and back of house environment.
