Our Boutique Advisors are also directly involved in operating a retail store, so you will learn and be responsible for daily inventory management, opening and closing procedures, and processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Do you have what it takes to operate and manage your own Organic Avenue retail store? Do you have a passion for helping customers and leading by example? If so, you should join the Organic Avenue team as a Retail Manager!

Retail Managers are not only experts in our products with deep knowledge of health and nutrition, but they also have the skills and passion necessary to manage a team of employees and operate a retail location.

Retail Managers move seamlessly between interacting with customers, managing their store's operations & employees, and interacting with our corporate team. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and retail experience are must-haves for this demanding and exciting position.
